The Vancouver Community Network's Community Learning Network project is a pilot initiative that explores the effectiveness of using online interactive tools and public Internet access to support an 'assets based community development' process.

VCN has made available to CLN groups an easy-to-use online content management system to facilitate community organizations sharing and learning over the web.

Check out Ray-Cam Cooperative Community Centre's website, and these community groups too.

In addition, Collingwood Neighbourhood House (CNH) has been working with the Community Learning Network project to become a node for a community portal. Check out some of CNH's ideas here.

Search for community intenet access sites, places where you can use the internet for a limited amount of time. There are approximately 300 sites in the 22 municipalities in the Greater Vancouver region.
