James Kennedy has been the owner and operator of North Vancouver (NV) Food and Service Resource Group (FSRG) since 1990. The primary focus of the company during these 12 years has been professional cook and server training programs. These programs encompass everything from entry-level training to delivery of the Candadian Certified Chef de Cuising Training Program. Beyond their training programs, FSRG is involved in significant consulting and development work.
